**Position Summary - Who Are We Looking For?**
The Engagement Manager will serve as a bridge between delivery and business development, responsible for managing project delivery while expanding Mobiz's footprint within client accounts. This includes supporting proposal development, leading RFP responses, and helping qualify new opportunities by collaborating with Mobiz's service line leaders.
**Engagement Management & Delivery Oversight**
- Lead delivery of Dynamics 365 CE and/or F&SCM projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes.
- Manage project teams (onshore/offshore) and ensure alignment with Mobiz delivery frameworks and Microsoft methodologies (e.g., Success by Design).
- Monitor project budgets, resourcing, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Maintain clear and regular communication with client stakeholders regarding progress, changes, and deliverables.
**Client Relationship Management**
- Partner with **Microsoft's Energy Sales Unit**, local Account Executives, PDMs, and SSPs to drive co-sell motions and secure aligned opportunities in the Texas energy market.
- Develop and present value propositions, proposals, and Statements of Work (SOWs) in collaboration with Mobiz delivery and solution teams.
- Own opportunity pursuit from early qualification to contract execution and account transition to delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client engagement, ensuring satisfaction, executive visibility, and retention.
- Establish trust and credibility with client leadership, proactively identifying opportunities to expand engagement.
- Conduct regular executive status reporting, steering committee updates, and QBRs.
**Sales & Business Development Support**
- Lead and support RFP responses, proposal development, and SOW creation for Dynamics 365 and cross-practice deals.
- Partner with Client Partners and Sales Leads to support opportunity qualification and pursuit strategies.
- Collaborate with Mobiz service line leaders (e.g., Power Platform, Azure, Data & AI) to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and align solution offerings with client needs.
- Help facilitate executive workshops and discovery sessions to understand customer business goals.
**Account Growth & Expansion**
- Develop account plans to identify growth paths within existing customers.
- Drive "land-and-expand" strategy by going wide across business units and IT departments.
- Support marketing and partner-led activities to strengthen Mobiz's visibility within assigned accounts.
**Required Qualifications & Experience**
- 7-10 years of experience in project management, delivery, or consulting within Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
- Experience managing end-to-end projects in **Dynamics 365 CE (CRM modules)** and/or **F&SCM (Finance, Supply Chain, or Project Ops)**.
- Proven ability to manage complex enterprise programs with both technical and functional workstreams.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Business Applications go-to-market and delivery frameworks.
- Strong understanding of business processes across finance, operations, customer service, and sales.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive engagement skills.
- Experience supporting proposal/RFP responses and coordinating cross-functional sales pursuit teams.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- PMP, Agile, or Microsoft Project certification (preferred but not required).
- Experience working with nearshore/offshore delivery models.
- Experience in Energy, Utilities, Manufacturing, or Asset-Heavy Industries.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Co-Sell programs and Partner Center tools.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft tools such as Azure DevOps, Teams, Power BI.
