As Project Analyst I, you will have a key role in the department processes, being responsible for the following main activities:
- Create and/or update flowcharts and procedures in the company's document control system;
- Create project documents and add information into the internal control spreadsheets;
- Participate in daily meetings with the areas involved in the manufacturing and assembly process;
- Assist in the change management process and to charge resolution of established actions at meetings.
- Required B.SC in Business Administration, Engineering, or related areas;
- Desirable knowledge of MS Project or similar software;
- Desirable intermediate knowledge of Office Package (with emphasis on text editors and electronic spreadsheets);
- Desirable notions of Visio
- Desirable advanced English skills;
- Desirable previous experience in Project activities;
- Experience with the ERP system will be considered a differential.
