Requirement Coordination – Gather feedback from CE-Sites, collaborate with product & R&D teams to enhance system features. Data-Driven Improvements – Analyze system performance, monitor usage trends, and drive tool efficiency. Training & Support – Provide hands‑on training, create documentation, and offer technical assistance to the customer service team. Why Keeta?
