Principais Responsabilidades
  • Opera o processo de Tratamento de Caldo. Avalia a especificação de produtos e insumos que entram e saem da área, atuando em sua correção, quando fora dos parâmetros ideais.
  • Controla e acompanha a quantidade de produtos químicos utilizados no processo para posterior reposição.
  • Opera o sistema de filtração de lodo, decantação e a pre-evaporação e dosagem de produtos químicos tanto no campo quanto no COI, com total domínio de todas as variáveis envolvidas no processo, bem como ajustes de rotação e controle de perdas, tomando as devidas ações para resolução dos problemas.
  • Pratica a manutenção autônoma, percebendo, avaliando e atuando em pequenos reparos de manutenção de safra e entressafra visando a redução de perdas e quebras.
  • Executa Check-List em Rotinas de inspeção.
