**Job Duties**:
- Trabalha rotineiramente em mais de um tipo de local de poço (em terra e offshore) e em base terrestre, conforme designado pelo Coordenador de Serviços.
- Coordena e supervisiona as funções da Linha de Serviço de Produtos de Testes & Submarinos (Testes de Poço em Superfície) no local do poço e na base.
- Fornece o planejamento necessário para o trabalho, incluindo a montagem dos equipamentos, direção no local do poço e atividades de suporte relacionadas ao cliente.
- Responsável pelas atividades relacionadas à manutenção, montagem, teste e operação dos equipamentos no local do cliente e no campo.
- Orienta e treina Operadores de Serviço nas áreas de sua especialidade.
- Monitora instrumentos e realiza os cálculos necessários para garantir a qualidade dos dados/trabalho.
- Consulta os clientes sobre os serviços e produtos, promove boas relações com o cliente no local do poço e garante a satisfação do cliente com os resultados.
- Mantém adequadamente o equipamento designado e monitora a conformidade com os regulamentos e procedimentos de segurança.
- Auxilia no carregamento e preparação dos equipamentos da linha de serviço de Testes & Submarinos (SWT) para os trabalhos.
- Conduz reuniões de segurança (toolbox meeting) antes do início das atividades, revisa e verifica o plano de trabalho com o representante do cliente e gerencia quaisquer alterações necessárias, verifica os equipamentos conforme o plano de trabalho.
**Qualifications**:
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:
- Formação Técnica completa, com CFT ativo;
- Sólida experiência com Operação de Surface Well Testing (SWT);
- Capacidade de interpretação de diagramas técnicos;
- Experiência com realização de testes de pressão nos equipamentos com segurança;
- Compreensão de hidráulica de fundo de poço, incluindo cálculos básicos do trabalho, identificação e funcionamento básico do Preventor de Erupção (BOP);
- Excelentes habilidades de liderança e comunicação;
- Capacidade para realizar cálculos matemáticos básicos;
- Habilidades de compreensão de leitura e escrita;
- Conhecimento do MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
