Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Kotlin to lead the development of scalable systems and contribute to a best-in-class fintech product. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of millions of users. Design and implement robust software solutions using Kotlin, Java, Scala, or Groovy. Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to define project requirements and deliverables. Develop and maintain APIs that power core product functionality, ensuring scalability and reliability. Improve system architecture, performance, and reliability through continuous evaluation and optimization. Required Skills and Qualifications For this challenging role, we require: 6+ years of professional software engineering experience. 2+ years of building production systems with Kotlin. Strong expertise in JVM-based languages and functional programming. Experience with large-scale distributed systems and service-oriented architectures. Hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tooling. Proficiency with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred). Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
