**Responsibilities**:
- Forecasting: Work closely with global and regional leaders to assess financial impact and establish long-term forecasting needs. Collaborate with crucial team members to ensure resources are in line with objectives and priorities.
- Financial Analysis and Reporting: Establish clear and achievable financial targets and work collaboratively with business leaders to achieve them.
- Business Support Analysis: Collaborate with functional leaders to influence and shape business decisions, take prudent risks, and lead changes required to enable long-term strategy.
- Compliance: Implement and maintain processes to safeguard company assets, ensuring compliance with internal and external guidelines and policies.
- Impact on Decision-Making: Make informed decisions, provide recommendations, and influence business partners on Information Technology business strategy and project portfolio to drive functional objectives.
- Accountability: Handle financial issues to deliver on short
- and long-term business needs.
**Qualifications**:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
- Fluent in English is required, Spanish is a plus.
- Previous experience in Financial Planning area is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
- Demonstrated experience in connecting with associates at all levels of the organization.
- SAP or TM1 experience is preferred.
- Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- A focus on encouraging innovation and a dedication to ongoing improvement.
