Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies. A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience or equivalent training/work history. Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines. Demonstrated success in delivering complex, enterprise-scale software solutions. Strong critical thinking, problem‑solving skills, and collaborative team mindset. Deep Understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices. Experience guiding development of observable systems with strong metrics and alerting. Adaptability in a fast‑paced environment with the ability to work through ambiguity. Experience in the financial services or lending domain (preferred). Familiarity with CI/CD tools and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.). Excellent communication skills. You’ll Love Mentoring and coaching both clients and Modus teammates from the comfort of home. Deep diving into customer needs and translating them into actionable requirements.
