Job Description

As a senior headhunter you will help us to find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden. Living standards in Sweden are great by any international comparisons, and we need a lot of engineers. Your job will be to find them and inform them about all the benefits of living and working in Sweden. To move to another country is often one of the biggest leaps in life, so a lot of your job will be to build trust with suitable candidates. Supporting you in these tasks, you will have the assistance of a competent global team of recruiters, as well as an executive management team in Sweden. In addition you will be supported by our Swedish delivery management team that handles all practical matters related to the relocation to Sweden for our consultants. In short we fix everything for our employees - visa, work permits, tickets, arrangement of housing, you name it - we fix it

Our clients are primarily within the fields of software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development. Your work will be planned and executed together with your colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam. The role focuses on sourcing, engaging, and advising engineers for relocation to Sweden, building trust with candidates, and coordinating with international recruiters and relocation support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and relocation for consultants.

• At least 5 years of professional experience from recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience.
• A solid and well proven network of local engineering talent within IT.
• Extremely service oriented, with a flexible mindset towards always finding the best solution for the challenge at hand.
• High quality and brand awareness.
• Understanding or interest in headhunting and the principle of IT outstaffing / outsourcing companies.
• Upper intermediate English.
• Some knowledge of at least a handful of contemporary IT technologies and methods, as well as the ability to learn the main ideas of new technologies.
• Analytical, well organized with an eye for details, with the ability to identify and close a recruitment request.
• Self confident, happy, social, friendly and outgoing with a high level of self motivation.
• Durable and stubborn, with the capacity to take a ‘no’ as a reason to try harder.
• Passionate about success, with an executive yet relaxed attitude towards work, colleagues and customers.
• Responsive and responsible, with an appropriate and representative appearance.

Start ASAP. Full time. Long term contract as a Private Entrepreneur. Minimum 12 months. Eight hours of efficient work per day, Monday to Friday. Overtime compensation 1 : 1 in flex.

You will be working from home or from a co-location center of your choice.

Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes. Free national holidays, with maintained payment. 20 paid vacation days. Paid travels, housing, and per diem.
