Desde Workana estamos buscando un/a Backend Senior / Arquitecto de Software para sumarse al equipo core de tecnología de una plataforma de banca privada de activos digitales del futuro.

Nuestro cliente ofrece servicios financieros similares a los de la banca tradicional, pero apalancados en activos digitales y con los beneficios únicos que brinda la tecnología blockchain.

Requirements
  • +5 años de experiencia de desarrollo backend, con foco en diseño de sistemas, arquitectura y visión integral del producto
  • Experiencia sólida (2+ años) con Golang en entornos productivos
  • Dominio avanzado de PostgreSQL: diseño de estructuras eficientes, optimización de queries y manejo de grandes volúmenes de dato
  • Experiencia comprobada con AWS, especialmente arquitecturas serverless (Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, API Gateway, etc.)
  • Conocimiento profundo de fundamentos de informática: estructuras de datos, algoritmos, concurrencia
  • Comprensión de protocolos de red (modelo OSI), contenedores, comunicación entre servicios y primitives del SO (locks, semáforos, colas, procesos/threads)
  • Versatilidad tecnológica: capacidad para adaptar la herramienta adecuada para cada desafío
Valoramos también
  • Título universitario en informática o carreras afines (UBA, ITBA, UTN, etc.)
  • Experiencia en sistemas de alta concurrencia, trading o tiempo real
  • Haber trabajado en equipos que escalaron productos complejos o críticos
