Job SummaryWe\'re looking for a results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with at least 1 year of outbound B2B sales experience to join a high-growth team focused on launching into the LATAM market. The ideal candidate is comfortable making 80+ outbound calls per day, qualifying leads, and driving top-of-funnel activity for Account Executives.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct 80+ cold calls daily to engage potential B2B clients in the LATAM region
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to build a healthy sales pipeline
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to set meetings and ensure lead quality
- Maintain accurate lead data in CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Conduct outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Iterate messaging and outreach strategies to optimize results
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a B2B Sales Development Representative
- Proven success in outbound calling and lead generation
- Fluent in written and spoken English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a remote environment
