Financial Operations Specialist

We are a leading luxury retail organization seeking an accomplished and meticulous Senior Accounting Professional to support our South America Finance team.
About the PositionThis role will be responsible for providing expert accounting and tax closing support across Brazil, Chile, and Argentina, ensuring compliance with local regulations and international accounting standards (IFRS).
Main Responsibilities- Closing & Management Reporting:
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting and tax closing activities in collaboration with internal teams and BPO partners.
- Monitor financial entries throughout the month and resolve operational or system-related discrepancies.
- Prepare, review, and submit financial reports using HFM, adhering to headquarters' consolidation timelines.
- Inventory Control:
- Calculate and manage inventory obsolescence provisions across all countries.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Mandatory experience with Linx ERP.
- Preferred familiarity with HFM and other ERP systems.
