Job description

Main responsibilities
  • Atuar como especialista técnico em desenvolvimento mobile Android, com foco em Kotlin;
  • Apoiar times de produto e desenvolvimento no desenho e revisão de arquiteturas;
  • Promover melhorias de performance, segurança e escalabilidade nas soluções mobile;
  • Liderar e apoiar iniciativas de migração tecnológica com Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile (KMM);
  • Garantir o uso efetivo de Jetpack Compose e padrões modernos de arquitetura como MVI;
  • Disseminar boas práticas de clean code, testes automatizados, e integração contínua;
  • Colaborar na construção e manutenção de pipelines de CI/CD para aplicações mobile;
  • Avaliar, testar e promover a adoção de novas tecnologias que tragam vantagem competitiva;
  • Estimular a inovação e manter a consistência técnica entre os diferentes times de desenvolvimento;
  • Atuar como multiplicador de conhecimento, apoiando a evolução técnica da equipe.
Requirements and skills
  • Experiência sólida com desenvolvimento Android utilizando Kotlin;
  • Conhecimento prático de Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile (KMM);
  • Domínio de Jetpack Compose e experiência com arquitetura MVI;
  • Experiência com práticas de engenharia moderna: clean architecture, SOLID, testes automatizados (unitários e instrumentados);
  • Familiaridade com CI/CD pipelines (Bitrise, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.);
  • Vivência com revisão de código e definição de padrões técnicos;
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de análise de performance e monitoramento de apps.
