Responsibilities Build and maintain custom websites using WordPress, Shopify, and Webflow Develop secure, scalable, and high-performance web solutions using PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+) Collaborate with designers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions Implement and manage technical and on-page SEO best practices, including Core Web Vitals, schema markup, and site speed optimization Troubleshoot and resolve compatibility and performance issues across browsers and devices Manage hosting, domain configurations, and infrastructure (e.g., Kinsta, WPEngine, Cloudflare) to ensure optimal uptime and security Document code and development processes to ensure maintainability and collaboration Apply UI/UX principles to ensure visually cohesive and user-friendly designs Requirements Proven experience as a Web Developer with a strong portfolio of delivered projects Deep expertise in WordPress development with advanced skills in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+) Proficiency in Elementor for building responsive, optimized, and visually consistent page layouts Solid understanding of technical and on-page SEO Familiarity with hosting platforms, domain management, and analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager) Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues Excellent English communication and collaboration skills High attention to detail and quality assurance mindset Salary & Benefits $2,700–$3,400 USD/month depending on skills, experience and location. 15 Days Paid Time Off + Christmas Day + New Year's Day Paid Off. This position is paid in USD, which is approximately R$14,500–R$18,200 BRL depending on the current exchange rate. The BRL equivalent may vary over time due to currency fluctuations, as all compensation is issued in USD.
