Within Customer Success, the Adoption Services Center (ASC) is dedicated to fostering adoption of SAP solutions for our customers through an unparalleled service experience On-Premises, in the Cloud, and in a hybrid setup. We expect to have multiple entry-level consultant opportunities within the ASC at SAP.As an Associate Consultant within the ASC, you will:- Conduct interviews with customers to understand business process design and provide recommendations based on SAP Best Practices and standards.- Propose functional and technical recommendations to optimize business processes during the deployment phase.- Support customers in addressing issues reported during the operation phase and assist in continuous improvement of business processes.- Provide remote and on-site consulting service to customers, solving technical problems, optimizing solution operation, and improving system availability and stability.- Evaluate customer projects and mitigate implementation risks.- Collaborate with back-office teams to ensure smooth service delivery.- Build strong relationships with customers and peers to support high-quality delivery and customer success.- Continuously develop expertise in SAP solutions, processes, and systems.- Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and contribute to the knowledge-sharing community.- Some international travel may be required.**What you bring**:- Recent University degree (or in final semester) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, Physics, Industrial Engineering with no more than 3 years of experience- Strong analytical and logical skills- Critical thinking & problem-solving skills- Good presentation and communication skills for customer-facing activities- Ability to work under pressure, in critical situations, and with extremely tight deadlines- Proficient spoken and written English (mandatory)- Open to travel (30-100%, depending on role)Additional qualification preferences:- For more development areas: development knowledge or experience desirable, any language.- For more technical area: database and operating systems knowledge desirable- For more analytics areas: understanding of databases, data schema/Analysis desirable.**We build breakthroughs together****We win with inclusion**SAP’s culture of inclusion, focus on health and well-being, and flexible working models help ensure that everyone - regardless of background - feels included and can run at their best.
