NOV is recruiting for a Project Manager role to be part of our Aftermarket Programs Group, within the Energy Equipment segment in Macaé, RJ, Brazil.

As a Project Manager , you will lead support programs that deliver key benefits to our customers. Your primary duties include:

  1. Serving as the main contact for project scopes such as Condition Based Maintenance (CBM), Automation Lifecycle Management (ALM), recertification, upgrades, reactivations, capital equipment exchanges, OEM repairs, and other internal projects.
  2. Managing project initiation and planning, including scope definition, developing and maintaining the Project Execution Plans (PEP), and updating project registers.
  3. Building and strengthening relationships with customers, suppliers, and vendors through engagement and face-to-face interactions.
  4. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure transparency and teamwork.
  5. Monitoring project KPIs and overall health, taking proactive measures to address issues.
  6. Overseeing financial aspects to ensure project profitability and success.
  7. Tracking critical activities, developing contingency plans, and executing recovery strategies as needed.
  8. Adhering to NOV and HSE policies and procedures.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • Fluent in English, with advanced proficiency.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Experience with analytics, business intelligence, and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication skills for clear idea and thought conveyance.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and motivation.
  • Knowledge of basic drilling and pressure control equipment (preferred).
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred).
