Digital Media Planner/Buyer – Remote, Latin America We are looking for a candidate with a strong media and advertising foundation, well versed in Google Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, planning, presenting, executing, and optimizing all media strategies. The ideal candidate thrives on data, using it to craft high-performing campaigns, and is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about driving results and building brands. Responsibilities Media Planning & Strategy: Develop comprehensive media plans aligned with client goals and target audiences; conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify optimal media channels; determine budget allocation across channels; stay abreast of emerging digital media trends, technologies, and AI integrations; advise New Business and Account teams on budgets and media strategies during pitches. Campaign Execution & Management: Oversee the execution of paid media campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, social media, programmatic display); manage relationships with external vendors responsible for day-to-day campaign management; track KPIs such as leads, CPA, CPL, engagement, web traffic, and form fills; analyze performance data and generate regular reports with insights. Budget Management: Manage and allocate media budgets across channels to maximize performance; monitor daily/weekly/monthly pacing; identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising effectiveness. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in media buying, preferably in an agency setting or with B2B software development/recruiting clients. Strong experience with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic platforms). Proven track record of performance-focused campaigns; proficiency in analytics and attribution tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, third-party trackers, etc.). Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
