Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Portuguese-Speaking WalkMe Technical Consultant. The Technical Consultant will be responsible for providing consulting services, offering technical support, and troubleshooting issues. Daily tasks include working closely with clients to ensure successful WalkMe implementation, driving digital adoption, and strengthening client relationships.
Qualifications- Consulting and Sales skills
- Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and Analytical Skills
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in digital adoption or WalkMe platforms is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
