We are hiring a Sales Executive for our Noblegen business in Brazil, reporting to the LATAM Marketing Manager. You will be responsible for ensuring that liquid nitrogen sales targets are met and exceeded, as well as maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with existing customers. You will travel throughout São Paulo in your assigned territory, with occasional travel to other parts of the country.
Location: Peak Scientific Brazil, São Paulo
Our main LATAM office is located in São Paulo, and we have plans for significant Noblegen growth over the next few years. You will be joining a team of 22, including dedicated sales and field service engineers covering Brazil.
Noblegen, acquired by Peak Scientific in February 2024, is a highly experienced manufacturer of specialist gas and cryogenic generators, offering sustainable and cost-effective solutions for industries requiring liquid nitrogen, including cryogenics, animal husbandry, medical, and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR). Noblegen is skilled in providing robust and varied solutions to meet diverse application demands.
Responsibilities- Manage, develop, and actively identify new sales opportunities with end-users;
- Provide sales advice and support to help customers purchase our liquid nitrogen generators solutions that meet their requirements;
- Identify key regions within the territory and devise an action plan with the line manager;
- Arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business;
- Act as a key contact between the company and its markets;
- Negotiate sales agreements ensuring profit margins are maintained;
- Collaborate with marketing to gather market and customer insights;
- Represent the company at trade shows, events, and demonstrations;
- Negotiate delivery and specifications with engineering, marketing, and production departments;
- Maintain records of sales, orders, and customer contacts in CRM;
- Review sales performance and escalate risks of not meeting targets;
- Understand customers' businesses and requirements.
- Self-motivated with minimal supervision;
- Quick learner of new skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Good communication skills;
- Proficient in English;
- Effective interpersonal skills to engage with diverse personalities;
- Customer-focused mindset;
- Sales experience in the scientific industry preferred;
- Degree in Science;
- Ability to adapt to different customer cultures;
- Strong business and commercial acumen;
- Excellent relationship-building skills.
