Unlock Your Career Potential. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Power BI Developer to join our team. Key Responsibilities Design and develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations. Build and optimize Power BI data models, queries, and DAX measures. Collaborate with US team lead to align deliverables with overall project direction. Proactively identify opportunities for data visualization improvements and enhanced user experience. Ensure data governance, quality, and consistency across all deliverables. Provide guidance and best‑practice recommendations to client counterparts when needed. Participate in on‑site working sessions at the Client office in Curitiba. Requirements 5+ years of hands‑on experience developing Power BI dashboards and data models. Strong proficiency with Power Query, DAX, Dataflows, Row‑Level Security, and Power BI Service. Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL principles, and relational databases. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Able to work independently, manage priorities, and proactively drive tasks to completion.
