CRM Analyst

CRM Analyst at BairesDev We are seeking a data-driven CRM Analyst to design, implement, and optimize email campaigns that boost engagement and conversion through our recruitment process. You'll leverage analytics and automation to create personalized experiences while providing actionable insights. What You'll Do: Design and maintain SQL queries to extract, analyze, and segment data from CRM systems. Create compelling marketing content and develop messaging for various touchpoints. Build automation workflows using CRM and marketing automation platforms. Configure and optimize automated message templates across multiple platforms. Analyze candidate journey touchpoints and implement data-driven improvements. What we are looking for: Experience in CRM management. Experience building content in English.
