Responsibilities- Primary Function – Generate buyer interest and maximize property visibility.
- Secondary Function – Grow and nurture the buyer database.
- Tertiary Function – Develop, coordinate, and manage all marketing materials.
Success Metrics
- Launch all property marketing within 3 business days of contract.
- Achieve strong engagement across email, text, and listing platforms.
- Grow the qualified buyer list weekly.
- Ensure all property folders, documents, and files are accurate and complete.
- Consistently generate inquiries, showings, and multiple offers.
