Overview Uitify is a UI & UX Design Studio from Silicon Valley specializing in SaaS platforms, web, and mobile apps. We help startups transform ideas into impactful digital products by building from scratch, refining features, or launching new ones. Acting as in-house designers, we embed ourselves in teams to focus on growth that drives sales and funding. Scalability and efficiency while accelerating progress Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Project Manager (UX/UI). The Project Manager will oversee design projects from concept to delivery, coordinating with clients and team members to ensure timely completion. Day-to-day tasks include expediting processes, managing project logistics, inspections, and ensuring quality control. This role involves detailed planning, organization, and execution to meet client expectations and contribute to the overall success of the design studio. Responsibilities Oversee design projects from concept to delivery, coordinating with clients and team members to ensure timely completion Expedite processes, manage project logistics, inspections, and ensure quality control Detailed planning, organization, and execution to meet client expectations and contribute to the studio’s overall success Qualifications Experience in Project Management, with a strong ability to manage project timelines and resources Experience working with multiple clients (agency) Skills in Expediting and Logistics Management to ensure timely project completion and resource allocation Knowledge in Inspection and quality control processes to maintain high standards for deliverables Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Strong communication and collaboration abilities Experience in design-related fields is a plus Bachelor\'s degree in Project Management, Design, or related field Proficiency with relevant project management tools and software Preferred Qualifications Senior experience experience as a Product Designer (3+ years working with UX/UI) Background in designing data-heavy interfaces, with complex user journeys and role-based user permissions; Knowledge of frontend development principles (HTML, CSS) to effectively communicate with developers; Prior experience working with US-based startups or product teams; Experience facilitating design workshops, user interviews, or stakeholder alignment sessions.
