Tissue Collection Manager

The role of Apheresis/Tissue Operations Manager is vital in overseeing the onboarding and performance of Apheresis and Treatment Centres used for Clinical Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR) T-cell Therapies.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and foster productive relationships with Apheresis, Cell Lab, and Treatment Centre Staff.
- Collaborate with Clinical and Commercial CAR-T teams to establish apheresis collection footprints.
- Coordinate site onboarding activities and ensure all collection sites are prepared to perform collections within required timelines.
- Perform technical site assessments and train collection centre staff on collection requirements.
- Provide Quality Systems support by participating in deviation activities and impact/investigation assessments.
- A strong background in Apheresis Operations Management, QA Operations, GMP production, or other relevant operational areas.
- Breadth of experience in regulated environments, understanding of HTA, and experience working with critical raw material suppliers.
- Able to work effectively in a team-based environment and deliver process improvements.
- An undergraduate degree in a related science or nursing field.
- Experience working in Apheresis, Cellular Therapy, or Stem Cell Transplant programs.
- An advanced degree in a related science or nursing field.
