Overview of the role: The Customer Care Representative position involves joining the Recruiting Team to participate in different projects with multicultural teams distributed worldwide. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with excellent analytical abilities, teamwork skills, and multitasking capabilities to support recruitment processes in a fast-growing company. Key responsibilities: Supporting the sourcing process including posting job openings on various job boards, headhunting, using social networks, filtering CVs, and contacting candidates. Understanding the requirements of each vacancy to carry out the headhunting process according to specific needs. Requirements: Professional Experience: At least 1 year of work experience. Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the IT market. Communication: Excellent communication skills. Self-Management: Great capacity for independent work and self-direction. Education: Studies in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields. Language Skills: Advanced English level.
