Bilingual Audio Visual Manager

A global technology leader is seeking a talented Portuguese-speaking Audio-Visual Manager to join their dynamic team in São Paulo, Brazil. Key Responsibilities Install, test, and maintain a wide range of audio-visual equipment and systems for media production and communication. Manage and oversee AV connections, ensuring seamless operation across all units. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize service disruption. Design, install, and operate custom AV systems and transmission links for live events and productions. Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements to drive innovation. Ensure adherence to workplace health and safety standards. Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members, providing clear communication and executing project requirements. Requirements Native or fluent proficiency in Portuguese (C1) and English (C1). Must be able to travel and attend a fully paid 6-month training program in Romania and Serbia. In-depth knowledge of photography principles (exposure, camera settings, lenses). Proven experience with electronic engineering, video cameras, production switchers, and live video compositing (e.g., chroma keying). Strong understanding of video signal transmission infrastructure. Excellent project management, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and perform well under pressure.
