Brazil Marketing Account Manager

As a Brazil Marketing & Branding Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our Brazilian launch, serving as the local face of BlueFocus in Portuguese for both client interactions and operational execution. You will design and deliver integrated, culturally resonant branding and marketing campaigns across digital, social, offline, and emerging metaverse channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Serve as the dedicated local account manager for Brazil-based clients—ensure seamless coordination, maintain high client satisfaction, resolve clients issues on marketing, and act as the trusted point of contact for all client inquiries.
  • Client & Partner Liaison: Lead all Portuguese-language client and partner communication, bridging the language and cultural gap between Brazil and our China/global teams.
  • Campaign Architect & Executor: Develop, localize, and execute cross-channel marketing campaigns, including creative assets, social media, influencer strategies, events, PR, CRM, and performance tracking.
  • Market Intelligence & Strategy: Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insight gathering to inform strategy and localization.
  • Vendor & Media Coordination: Manage relationships with local vendors, media, influencers, and agencies—overseeing selection, briefing, execution, and quality control.

Qualifications

  • Account Management Experience: Demonstrable experience managing client accounts—maintaining relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and coordinating between multiple stakeholders.
  • Language Mastery: Native-level fluency in Brazilian Portuguese with professional working proficiency in English.
  • Professional Experience: 3-5 years of marketing, branding, or communications experience in Brazil—ideally within an agency, international firm, or cross-border marketing context.
  • Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Adept at setting KPIs, analyzing campaign metrics, and iterating strategies based on performance data.
  • Organizational Agility: Excellent project management and multitasking abilities in fast-paced, multi-team environments.
  • Cross-Border Coordination: Experience working with multinational teams, fluency in coordinating across language and cultural boundaries.
