Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve timelines and objectives
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
  • Develop full-scale project plans and manage project budgets
  • Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders clearly and promptly
  • Conduct project post-mortems and create reports to assess project success and areas for improvement
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of three years of experience managing enterprise projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and Microsoft Project
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in facilities operations with a focus on soft services
  • Knowledge of data analytics and performance metrics
  • Skills in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to identify opportunities for service innovation
  • Familiarity with sustainability practices in facilities management
