The Role The Purchasing Analyst will be responsible for procurement area routines related to the acquisition of imported and domestic raw materials, consumables and MRO, ensuring the supply of materials to fulfill Production plans and meet sales expectations. This role involves follow-up of the entire process from placing orders with suppliers, monitoring material collections, transit of shipments by different modes until arrival in Manaus, customs clearance until receipt at the company. Key Responsibilities: Perform local and national quotations for productive/unproductive materials, inputs and services that meet the organization's specifications Develop and qualify new suppliers together with other departments involved in the negotiation Register new suppliers Send purchase orders within the organization's specifications and needs Monitor collection, shipment and transit time with carriers of purchase orders until they arrive at the factory Keep purchase orders updated in the ERP system (quantities,
