Apply today and become part of a community where your skills shine and your career aspirations soar Highlight Job of the week Job Title: Full-Time Marketing Specialist Pay Rate LinkedIn style: Part-Time Monthly Rates: $1,280 - $1,680 (based on 20 hours per week schedule) Full-Time Monthly Rates: $2,560 - $3,360 (based on 40 hours per week schedule) The monthly salary range posted is stipulated as an average monthly income. However, all jobs at Virtual Latinos are hourly-based, and payments are calculated on the number of hours a person works daily. We pay our Virtual Professionals every 2 weeks through third-party platforms. The hourly rate range of the position is $16 - $21 depending on level of experience. Once a rate has been offered to you, it is non-negotiable. Work Schedule: The work schedule will vary depending on the job position that you will apply for as it will be based on the schedule requested by the client. All our clients are in the U.S. and work schedules will be in the U.S. time zone. Job Summary: The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and improve client engagement. This role requires a combination of creativity, data analysis, and technical expertise to manage multiple digital channels, including social media, email, paid ads, and SEO strategies. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and able to work independently while collaborating closely with clients and internal teams. Job Tasks: Social Media Management: Plan, create, and schedule content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid campaigns to maximize ROI. SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research, on-page/off-page SEO, and monitor rankings to improve search visibility. Email Marketing: Create and execute email campaigns, segment lists, and analyze open/click rates. Content Creation: Coordinate with designers or create basic visual assets using Canva or similar tools. Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights. Market Research: Identify trends, competitor activities, and new growth opportunities. Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand goals and deliver tailored strategies. Qualifications: 1 year of related experience and/or a related degree. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational abilities. Meticulous attention to detail. Collaborative team spirit. Commitment to confidentiality. Must be at least 21 years old.
