Responsibilities: Responsible for the development of T&D and R&S activities, aiming to ensure hiring new CIA talents, seeking the maintenance of CIA's programs, policies and procedures, supporting the development of employees for the success of the business. Designs, schedules and implements training programs. Reviews existing training methods and techniques and its applications and establishes training goals as required. Direct all training and development activities to ensure they are conducted efficiently, cost-effectively, and in accordance with the organization's policies and standards. Analyze and identify the training and development needs of employees. Develop an overall training plan to meet the current and planned HR requirements of the organization. Develop, deliver, and evaluate training programs and curriculum so skills and performance of employees meet the organization’s requirements. Liaise with area managers to develop and implement training, development, and succession plans that are appropriate for their business needs and consistent with the overall training strategy. Select and manage ongoing relationships with external consultants and training providers. Stay current on developments and innovations in training and education in the industry sector so the organization’s training activities remain relevant. Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of training professionals. A degree in the related job field. At least 3 to 5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role. Willing to relocate to the job location.
