If this opportunity caught your attention, don't waste time The Senior Designer will be the creative leader, responsible for creating advanced visual strategies for campaigns, as well as acting as a mentor for the junior and intermediate design team.

Responsibilities
  • Create and validate advanced visual strategies for design projects, aligned with performance marketing goals.
  • Supervise and guide the junior and intermediate design team, ensuring the application of good practices.
  • Apply IA in an advanced way to accelerate workflows and optimize creatives.
  • Implement new visual processes and frameworks to increase the efficiency of creative production.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the design operation, bringing innovations and continuous improvements.
  • Deepen the Creative Defense, justifying design choices based on data, tests, and business strategies.
  • Analyze performance metrics and adjust creatives as needed to maximize results.
Requirements
  • Advanced domain of design tools such as After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
  • Proven experience in creating creatives and design strategies for performance.
  • Advanced knowledge in UX/UI and Landing Page design.
  • Ability to mentor and develop design teams.
  • Skills in data analysis and continuous optimization of creative campaigns.
  • Experience in applying IA in creative processes for productivity and quality gain.
