Data Insights Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for extracting valuable insights from complex data sets and presenting them in a clear and actionable manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate, up-to-date business intelligence dashboards aligned with business objectives
  • Analyze and optimize SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and transform data from various sources
  • Clean and prepare datasets for reporting and analysis purposes
  • Investigate and resolve data quality issues, identifying anomalies and inconsistencies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutions
  • Design and implement scalable, user-friendly reporting solutions
  • Document data processes, definitions, and workflows to support transparency and knowledge sharing
  • Manage multiple projects and timelines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs

Required Skills:

  • Expert-level proficiency in Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualization
  • Strong experience with SQL for querying and data manipulation
  • Solid understanding of database management principles and relational data models
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex data problems independently
  • High attention to detail in report design and data validation
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience transforming and cleaning data from multiple sources
  • Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration best practices
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to data challenges
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
