Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Adhere to FMCSA and H&K Safety policies
• Operate truck to load materials and start mixer
• Transport to unloading sites and pour concrete
• Clean truck post-delivery to prevent hardening of concrete
• Apply protective compounds and assemble chutes
• Perform daily vehicle inspections
• Other duties as assigned

Required Skills, Education, and Experience

• High school diploma or GED
• Class B CDL
• Good driving record
• At least 1 year of tri-axle driving experience
• Effective communication skills
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to use PPE and meet physical requirements

Preferred Skills, Education, and Experience

• 3+ years of tri-axle driving experience
• Experience in quarry, heavy civil construction, or outdoor industrial settings
• OSHA or relevant safety certification

Physical Demands

• Frequent use of hands, lifting up to 25 pounds
• Regularly stand, walk, reach, talk, and hear
• Occasionally climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl, lifting up to 50 pounds

Work Environment

• Exposure to outdoor weather conditions
• Exposure to moving parts, fumes, airborne particles, vibration
• Occasional contact with chemicals
• Night and weekend work, 60-hour peak seasons
• Typically loud noise levels
