With a solid positioning for expansion in the durable consumer goods segment, our client is experiencing growth driven by the diversification of its portfolio and the expansion of its production capacity. As part of this strategy, the company is looking for a new executive to lead the Product Marketing team.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for one of the company’s main product categories with the aim of increasing its market share and supporting the company’s sustainable growth.

Main responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement product marketing strategies aligned with the company’s objectives;

  • Identify innovation opportunities in response to consumer demands and market trends;

  • Collaborate with R&D, sales and operations teams to ensure alignment between market strategies and company capabilities;

  • Monitor the performance of products in the market, adjusting strategies as necessary to maximize competitiveness;

  • Analyze market data and reportsto identify new opportunities and adjust product marketing strategy;

  • Lead projects to expand the product portfolio, ensuring deadlines are met and results are delivered.

Requirements:
  • Experience as a Product Marketing team manager in consumer durables companies;

  • Experience in innovation and portfolio diversification projects, working throughout the product life cycle;

  • Strong ability to act transversally in contact with other areas of the company, both locally and in other countries;

  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
