Senior Support Specialist We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to our senior leaders. Schedule Management: Own and coordinate complex meeting schedules with international participants, ensuring seamless execution. Event Planning: Coordinate high-level events and meetings, including project management, budget allocation, venue requirements, IT coordination, and all necessary support. Board Preparation: Prepare and manage communication, materials, and meeting preparation for the Board of Directors with meticulous attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency in MS Office and be able to handle sensitive business communications with confidentiality and discretion. They should also establish strong relationships within the administrative team and leverage knowledge of organizational operations to proactively perform assigned duties. This role requires a proactive, organized individual who can prioritize tasks effectively and maintain calm under pressure. The successful candidate will be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines while maintaining excellent communication skills. Key responsibilities will include managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing meeting materials, and providing general administrative support as needed. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in time management and be able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously. In addition to their technical skills, the successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, allowing them to build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
