**Work Description**:
Gather requirements, design code, test functionality with business contacts and interface with different internal teams (servers, DBAs, network, middleware, etc.) to make it work effectively.
**Responsibilities**:
- Independently support the business through problem solving, consultation, system enhancements, process improvement and new development.
- Design, develop and maintain solutions considering User Centered Design (UCD), Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), Enterprise Architecture Mandates, Supportability and Reliability.
- Develop a deep understanding of the business processes and related IT solutions and components.
- Manage business needs/expectations while balancing technical requirements, capabilities and commonality.
- Develop and maintain working relationship with key business custodians/owners.
- Collaborate with other IT colleagues to maintain system integrity and integration.
- Develop working relationship with key vendors to influence their solutions.
- Stay current on industry and technology trends related to Operations area and keep business and IT management up to date
**Skills**:
- Experience building Web APIs using OIDC or OAuth2.0. MuleSoft knowledge is a plus;
- Strong knowledge of SQL, including database first and code first approaches;
- Knowledge on Cloud programming (AZURE);
- Experience working with CI/CD tools
