Responsibilities Fluent English to host meetings with stakeholders from the USA. Hands-on experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with expertise in the ServiceNow platform. Experience with Agile frameworks such as SCRUM or KANBAN. Strong understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with ServiceNow configuration and customization is a plus. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage project timelines. PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO). Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with expertise in the ServiceNow platform. Strong understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with ServiceNow configuration and customization is a plus.
