Oracle Project Manager 8 month contract (extensions likely) Remote Work from Portugal €320 per daySuperb international consulting client is seeking an experienced Senior Project/Program Manager to lead a Oracle (EBS) 12.2 Upgrade.You will manage end-to-end project delivery, coordinating between client stakeholders and vendor teams to ensure successful execution within scope, timeline, and budget.You will need to work according to Brazil business hours.Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Drive the Oracle EBS 12.2 upgrade program from planning through execution and post-go-live support. Stakeholder Management: Engage with multiple stakeholders across client and vendor organizations, ensuring alignment on objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Planning & Governance: Develop and maintain project plans, risk registers, and governance frameworks. Communication: Facilitate regular status meetings, provide clear reporting to senior leadership, and manage escalation processes. Resource Coordination: Oversee cross-functional teams including technical, functional, and infrastructure resources. Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to organizational policies, Oracle best practices, and regulatory requirements.Experience: Minimum 12+ years in IT Project/Program Management. Proven track record managing Oracle EBS upgrades, preferably 12.2. Familiarity with Oracle EBS architecture, upgrade methodologies, and related integrations. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent. Oracle-related certifications are a plus.
