**About the Role**
**As an FP&A Intern, you will**
- **Corporate Finance Support**: Assist in creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and financial models, as well as gathering data for financial analysis.
- **Gain Broad Business Exposure**: Participate in corporate reporting, forecasting, strategic planning, market research, operational support, and ad-hoc projects vital to Dennis Group's success.
- **Contribute to Strategic Decision-Making**: Assist in the preparation of internal research, analysis and supporting materials to inform the company's management team.
- **Develop your skills in a bilingual environment**: Work collaboratively within a team, enhance your analytical and problem-solving abilities, and strengthen your communication skills in both English and Portuguese.
**About you**
- **Academic Background**: You're a bachelor's student in Business, Finance, or Engineering, with a strong interest in pursuing a career in Finance and Business.
- **Driven Learner**: While prior experience is not required, a demonstrated passion for finance and continuous learning is important. Participation in extracurricular activities is a plus.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is required, and the ability to quickly learn new software is an advantage.
- **Strong Fundamentals**: You possess analytical and problem-solving skills, a detail-oriented approach, and strong interpersonal communication.
- **Collaborative Spirit**: You thrive in a team environment and are adaptable to a hybrid work model (office and remote).
- **Bilingual Advantage**: Fluency in Portuguese and Advanced English are required.
Hybrid work model (3 days per week in person) in São Paulo/SP, just a few meters from Paulista Metro Station.
