Job Role

The Senior Golang Developer will lead technical initiatives, drive architecture decisions, and ensure successful implementation of Golang solutions.

The role involves hands-on development, mentoring team members, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality software products.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Provide guidance to the development team, helping them make informed decisions and grow their skills.
  • Hands-On Development: Participate in coding, debugging, and troubleshooting to contribute to the development effort while maintaining architectural excellence.
  • Code Review: Review code to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
  • Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks and scalability issues in the product.
  • AWS Expertise: Leverage knowledge of AWS services to design and implement cloud-based solutions meeting business requirements.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for architectural designs, coding guidelines, and best practices.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Skill Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in software development with a strong focus on Golang.
  • Expertise in AWS services and cloud-native development.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Advanced English language proficiency.
  • AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are desirable.
