What You’ll Do
  • Architect and implement scalable, high-performance applications usingPega PRPC .
  • Lead technical design and development efforts across complex projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address sophisticated business needs.
  • Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for quality, performance, and scalability.
  • Champion best practices and technical excellence throughout the delivery lifecycle.
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience building solutions with Pega.
  • Strong expertise in workflows, business rules, UI, data pages, activities, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience infinancial services or insurance industries is a plus.
  • PCSSA certification is mandatory . PCDC certificationishighly desirable.
  • Degree inComputer Science, Systems Engineering , or a related field.
  • Permanent residency in Brazil is required.
  • Location: São Paulo, Brazil
