Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Contagem, MG, for a Quality Specialist. The Quality Specialist will ensure that quality standards are adhered to throughout business operations. Daily responsibilities include monitoring quality control processes, conducting quality audits, implementing preventive measures, analyzing data to drive improvements, and documenting procedures. The role requires active collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve overall quality assurance efforts. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data and drive quality improvements. Experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance to maintain and enhance product and process standards. Proficiency in conducting Quality Audits to evaluate compliance and identify improvements. Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders. Detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage documentation and processes. Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field is a plus. Knowledge of sustainability practices in manufacturing is advantageous.
