**Requisitos**:
- Graduated in Engineering, Business or equivalente;
- Strong Project Management and Leadership skills;
- Excellent communication, verbally and in writing, in different levels of the organization with different cultures as well as listen and motivate others;
- Stakeholder management and negotiation skills. resilient and capable of managing conflicts on a demanding environment keeping respect and diplomacy;
- Demonstrates strategic thinking, planning and execution capabilities as well as self-development;
- Face problems and act quickly and directly. Provide direct & actionable feedback;
- Able to handle uncertainty and the unexpected. Holds things together during tough times;
- Have proven knowledge and experience in project management (waterfall, agile, hybrid);
- Project Management certifications (e.g. MBA, PMP, Agile Framework) as a plus;
- Fluent in English;
- Knowledge of the Volvo systems and tools is a plus.
**Atividades**:
- Be the purchasing representative in the project team and the project representative within the purchasing Community;
- Plan, drive, follow up and report purchasing deliverables according to Volvo's development process, Develop Product & Aftermarket Product Portfolio (DVP);
- Steer the purchasing project activities through active leadership and communication towards stakeholders in purchasing and other functions;
- Secure that purchasing demands and leadtimes from sourcing up to parts deliveries are properly considered at projects plans;
- Promote X-functional collaboration and act as GTP ambassador for projects on the interface with Group Trucks Technology, Group Trucks Operation and Volvo Bus;
- Foster Customer Focus, innovation, quality mindset, sustainability, lean thinking, cost awareness, agility and speed in execution;
- Work in a global matrix organization, aligning strategies and sharing activities within Purchasing Project Office global network and Strategic lines;
- Prepare and present project status in purchasing reference groups and other forums;
- Promote the efficient use of the different Project Management tools and share your knowledge with the teams and colleagues;
- Be a role model of Volvo mission, vision, aspirations and core values.
