OverviewAvanade Rio de Janeiro, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil We are looking for a Technical Consultant (a) with expertise in Microsoft Copilot governance and cloud security to help enterprise clients adopt AI-powered tools securely. This role focuses on compliance, responsible use, and strategic integration of Copilot within complex environments. What You'll DoAdvise clients on governance models and security controls for Microsoft Copilot (M365 Copilot, Security Copilot, etc.) Define architecture and strategy for secure Copilot adoption, including data access, identity, and compliance Collaborate with security, compliance, and productivity teams to align Copilot usage with organizational policies Support the implementation of DLP, sensitivity labels, and conditional access policies related to Copilot scenarios Conduct assessments and workshops to evaluate AI readiness and governance maturity Stay current with Microsoft’s evolving Copilot roadmap and best practices for responsible AI use Document governance frameworks, technical guidelines, and operational procedures. Skills and ExperiencesProven experience advising enterprise clients on secure adoption of M365 and AI workloads (e.g., Copilot, Copilot Chat, Copilot Studio, AI Foundry) Deep hands-on expertise in security, governance, and management across Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Fabric, AI Foundry, and M365 Administration Practical knowledge of Microsoft Entra, Defender for Cloud Apps, and Azure Policy Solid understanding of responsible AI, privacy by design, and regulatory frameworks (GDPR, ISO, NIST) Strong leadership in outcome-driven consulting engagements, with executive-level communication Excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex security and governance topics About YouExceptional communication Conflict resolution, and decision-making skills in fast-paced, multicultural environments Learn More About AvanadeAvanade.com Avanade Brasil (@avanadebrasil) - Instagram Avanade Brasil - LinkedIn #J-18808-Ljbffr
