Senior Backend Python Developer (LATAM Only) Location: Remote – Latin AmericaStart Date: NovemberCompensation: USD 4,000–5,000/month We’re looking for a very senior Backend Python Developer based in LATAM , fluent in English, to join our team for an initial capability presentation with a client — and a strong path to a long-term engagement next year. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python (Django, FastAPI, or Flask). Develop and manage RESTful APIs and integrations. Work with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP to deploy and optimize backend services. Collaborate closely with front-end developers, DevOps, and product teams to deliver reliable software solutions. Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and best practice implementations. Requirements 6+ years of experience in backend development with Python . Strong expertise with Django , FastAPI , or Flask . Proven track record in API design , integrations, and system scalability . Experience with AWS or GCP . Excellent communication skills in English (client-facing role). Availability to start in November . Nice to Have Experience working in agile remote teams.
