Sobre a Posição: Estamos procurando um(a)Data Analyst para apoiar a tomada de decisões orientada por dados em toda a organização. Esta função tem como foco transformar dados brutos eminsights relevantes por meio de análises, dashboards e relatórios. Você irá trabalhar em parceria com diferentes stakeholders para entender questões de negócio, traduzi-las em soluções analíticas e garantir que os dados sejamprecisos, acessíveis e acionáveis . Esta posição é ideal para alguém com fortes habilidades analíticas, atenção aos detalhes e paixão por transformar dados em histórias que geram impacto. Você trabalhará de perto com equipes de negócios, produto e operações para dar visibilidade ao desempenho e identificar oportunidades de melhoria. Principais Responsabilidades: Analisar conjuntos de dados para responder perguntas de negócio e apoiar a tomada de decisão Criar e manterdashboards e relatórios para stakeholders-chave Escrever e otimizarqueries SQL para extração e transformação de dados Identificar problemas de qualidade de dados e atuar na resolução de inconsistências Traduzir requisitos dos stakeholders em entregáveis analíticos claros Comunicarinsights, tendências e recomendações de forma eficaz Apoiar melhorias contínuas nos processos de relatórios e analytics Requisitos Obrigatórios: 3+ anos de experiência em Data Analysis, Business Intelligence ou funções analíticas relacionadas Forte conhecimento emSQL (queries, joins, agregações) Experiência comferramentas de BI (Tableau, Power BI, Metabase, Looker ou similares) Entendimento deboas práticas de visualização de dados Fortes habilidades analíticas e de resolução de problemas Capacidade de trabalhar com stakeholders e traduzir necessidades de negócio em insights Inglês intermediário a avançado (escrito e falado) Diferenciais: Experiência comPython ou R para análise de dados ou automação Familiaridade com técnicas deanálise estatística Experiência com ambientes de dados em nuvem oudata warehouses Experiência em analytics parahealthcare, e-commerce ou SaaS Vivência emstartups ou ambientes de ritmo acelerado Conhecimento emespanhol e/ou português Benefits & Perks: Home office; Competitive compensation based on experience; Career plans to allow for extensive growth in the company; International Projects; Oowlish English Program (Technical and Conversational); Oowlish Fitness with Total Pass; Games and Competitions; You can also apply here: Website: LinkedIn: Instagram: #J-18808-Ljbffr
