Playtech Managed Services is seeking a responsible Reconciliation Specialist (Junior level) to join our team at Playtech's new Brazilian Playtech Managed (PTMS) Services in São Paulo – SP. If you pay close attention to detail and possess strong analytical skills, we want to hear from you

Your role will include:

  • Executing reconciliation of all daily transactions – incoming and outgoing.
  • Reviewing and analyzing transaction data.
  • Identifying discrepancies and resolving them.
  • Monitoring and handling disputed transactions, compromised accounts, and recovery of funds.
  • Assisting in the preparation of financial reports.
  • Checking bank statements and monitoring suspicious activity.
  • Ensuring all bank transfers comply with licensing requirements.
  • Collaborating with other teams.
  • Managing documentation related to transactions.

Qualifications for success:

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Native Brazilian Portuguese speaker.
  • Graduation in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with auditing procedures and financial systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Computer literacy, especially MS Office.
