Job Title: Cloud Infrastructure Strategist Job Summary: As a cloud infrastructure strategist, you will be responsible for structuring and accelerating the integration of on-premises infrastructures, data centers, and cloud environments. Your primary goal is to oversee the design, implementation, and management of hybrid environments at corporate scale. You will work directly on critical migration, modernization, and platform integration projects, focusing on best practices in cloud computing, edge/fog, hybrid architecture, infrastructure automation, regulatory compliance, and performance. Your expertise will be crucial in leading teams and building consensus across areas, countries, and cultures. Key Responsibilities: Define and evolve host (mainframe, midrange, industrial servers) and cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP, Oracle Cloud) infrastructure architecture standards, aligned with global demands and multi-cloud/hybrid strategies. Lead digital transformation projects, including migration of on-premises loads to the cloud, integration of critical infrastructures, automation, containerization, DevOps, and continuous improvement of environments. Orchestrate the implementation of solutions oriented to resilience, cybersecurity, scalability, disaster recovery, advanced backup, and cost optimization. Requirements and Competencies: Essential Requirements (Hard Skills): Higher education in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, or related areas. Minimum experience of 8 years in technological infrastructure architecture, with relevant performance in complex multi-cloud environments, critical data centers, and automation. Mastery of architecture, automation, and management of hybrid environments (on-prem, cloud, colocation, edge/fog) at corporate scale, with hands-on experience in Azure, AWS, GCP. Differentials / Nice to Have: Certification: Azure/AWS/GCP Architect, VMware, Cisco, LPIC, TOGAF, ITIL Expert. Experience with OT/IT integration (industrial environments, mining, remote automation), edge/fog. Experience with architectures for sustainability: Green IT, energy saving, resource optimization. Expected Skills & Deliverables, Impact: Detailed reference architecture for host and cloud environments, including integration, automation, observability, and resiliency solutions. Execution of strategic migration and modernization projects with a focus on performance, innovation, compliance, and operational excellence.
