Backend Software Engineer
We're seeking a skilled Backend Software Engineer to join our team. As a key member, you'll design, develop, and maintain scalable backend solutions using Java and Spring Boot.
Your expertise will ensure adherence to architectural frameworks, coding standards, and best practices in highly regulated financial environments.
About the Role- Design and Development: You'll be responsible for creating efficient and effective backend systems that meet the needs of our clients.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture is essential.
- Collaboration: You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years of backend development experience in Java (Spring Boot / Spring Cloud).
- Skills: Hands-on experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture.
- Databases: Knowledge of relational databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar).
- Languages: Fluency in English.
- Soft Skills: Strong soft skills: communication, flexibility, accountability, teamwork, positive attitude, and mentorship abilities.
